WHAT IS HEROES HOME ADVANTAGE?
It’s a real estate rebate program that I offer to those that protect, serve, and care for our community, right here in Morrison County. I give back 25% of my entire commission to any military member (active or retired), firefighter and emergency personnel, health care professionals, law enforcement, and any teacher. I also work with area lenders, home inspectors, and title companies that give back to local heroes, too.
MY PROMISE:
There aren't any hoops to jump through or lengthy paperwork to fill out. This is truly my way of giving back to the heroes in our community because just saying "thank you" didn't seem like enough. On average, our Morrison County heroes save $2,500 when they buy or sell a home with me.
